Hey guys - Carla gave me a clue and we have been following you here also.  When you were in town, we were out of town on vacation.  Jessie is so enjoying motherhood and we both know that you are going to love it.  You can see pics on her blog (theslonakerfamily.blogspot.com).  Reese si very funny.  Jessie coached the girls church team last year Lydia.  And it drove her crazy because nobody - well you know.  It is the other end of basketball and just fun.  I think after a while she sort of enjoyed it.  Sometimes, she would just shake her head.  You look beautiful as always.  And you are right - the weeks creep along at first then all of a sudden things really get rolling!!  Love you guys!   Rosemarie & Mile Tyler

WOW!  Loved the current pictures. = Look at that head of hair on you, Kurtis- -I had forgotten how long it had gotten!!  We didn't have the beginnning of football season that we would've liked - -gosh, Miss. St let La Tech whip them, then U of L (Wait 'till b'ball season!!!!)   and then Tenn blew it against UCLA...  Hopefully my teams will get back in the game soon, especially MSU....  Kurtis, you'll just have to stay busy while Lydia is gone - sorry you can't go with her, but maybe this will be the only lengthy separation through work.  Love you both, Mom (Purvis)

    Hello K & L!

I've been reading about all your adventures....and praying that God is continuing His work in your lives.  We had our College Student Send-off Fellowship Meal (I made up the name) and so I you two were frequently in my thoughts yesterday.  Dorothy Sevcik is now the Barnabas Project Coordinator.  Amy starts classes one week from today, as are most of the other college students.  I think you've probably heard from your family members, but just in case you haven't....WBC has some BIG decisions to make.  Keith and Linda believe that God is leading them to full-time youth ministry.  There is also the building project to consider.  So we are praying (we even have prayer accountability partners) about what direction to go.

The Living Proof Live event was last weekend.  It was fabulous, inspiring, life-changing, etc.  In September the plan is to have seperate men's and women'
